With over 30 years of experience across the full insurance value chain in Barbados, Mark brings deep expertise spanning underwriting, claims management, reinsurance, product development and regulatory compliance — from both sides of the insurance transaction.

He holds a uniquely comprehensive understanding of how insurers, brokers and customers interact — and where technology can transform those relationships. This insight is the driving force behind EQI Caribbean, P3CL's flagship insurance technology platform, which is redefining the digital insurance experience for both customers and insurers across the Caribbean.
